'Let's Go' is a two track single written by Scott Freeman and performed by Scott Freeman & the Tokyo Sex Whales. The single features two songs, title track 'Let's Go' and the b-side 'Kippers & Champagne'. As with all songs written by Scott Freeman, these tracks are a blend of punk, indie & alt rock, driven by acoustic guitar.

Drums were recorded by Matt O'Donnell at Untapped Talent Studios in Southampton where we recorded the entirety of 'Season Of Blue' and 'Have Fun Being Single' my first two albums, both available on Bandcamp.

Guitar, bass, keyboard, percussion & vocals were recorded by the band at HJMC Studios in Colden Common. Both tracks were mixed and mastered by Matt Brook of Vaguely Strange Records.

About The Songs:

Let's Go is a light indie punk song about things that frustrate me, namely dating websites, the government and having absolutely no money.

Kippers & Champagne is a dark political satire that fuses big rock guitars with a reggae inspired rhythm. In the song I play an exaggerated version of ex-UKIP leader Nigel Farage expressing his thoughts as he has kippers and champagne for breakfast on the morning of the referendum result in 2016.
